Zen Studios offers free Buccaneer Expansion table for Pinball FX owners on Xbox Live Arcade
Zen Studios announced today the release of Buccaneer, a free downloadable expansion table for the popular Pinball FX game on Xbox Live Arcade.
The Buccaneer expansion table, complete with pirate motifs and swashbuckling sounds and effects, is available for download starting today.
Pinball FX was released on Xbox Live Arcade earlier this year and combines the arcade thrills of traditional pinball with enhanced game play, unparalleled graphical detail and exciting, innovative features not found in any other pinball game. The Buccaneer expansion table will be "free booty" for owners of the full version of Pinball FX (available for 800 Microsoft Points, or $10 USD). Buccaneer will feature several different modes of play and includes an additional dedicated achievement for gamers looking to boost their Xbox Live Gamerscore.
"Free downloadable content is the best treat for gamers on Halloween," said Zsolt Kigyossy, Managing Director for Zen Studios. "The fact that Buccaneer adds to one of the best games on Xbox Live Arcade makes it even sweeter."
Buccaneer is one of several Pinball FX expansion tables that are slated to be released within the coming weeks and joins the existing Speed Machine, Extreme and Agents tables that have made Pinball FX one of the most popular and exciting titles on Xbox Live Arcade. Additionally, an update for Pinball FX that enhances several aspects of game play is available for download starting today.
