We had an unscheduled downtime overnight on Tuesday.
There was a downtime late Tuesday/early Wednesday morning on the main site due to connectivity issues with our database server. We are hoping to resolve the problem shortly. Thank you for your patience.
Update 1 -- One of the drives on the database server has failed and is being replaced. We don't have an ETA on when the site will return to service, but are hoping that it will be fairly soon.
Update 2 -- Replacing the drive is taking longer than expected. Our technicians are still working on the problem.
Update 3 -- While the drive problem is being resolved we are attempting to bring one of our backup servers into use as a temporary database server. It should be online soon.
Update 4 -- The site is back up, but running on a backup server and not our main database server. Because of this, some information may be up to 24 hours older than usual.
Final update -- The main site's database is continuing to run on our backup server while the main server is rebuilt. There will be a brief downtime at some point when it is brought back into service. No data was lost, and the only impact of the hardware failure was the connection problems some people experienced late night on Tuesday.
