Namco Bandai reveals a delightfully fun beautiful Katamari intro movie

The infamous King of All Cosmos, The Queen, The Prince and a bunch of dancing panda bears welcome gamers to a rolling good time. NAMCO BANDAI Games released the super-quirky, yet totally hilarious intro movie for their upcoming Xbox 360 title, Beautiful Katamari. The intro is a glorious mish-mash of Katamari fun as it introduces 360 fans to the Prince of All Cosmos, his crazy parents-the King and Queen of All Cosmos-and all his adorable cousins! The whole Katamari family is shown amid a spectacular spectacle of color and light as dancing panda bears, sprouting flowers, magical stardust, and the music of Japanese singer Takashi Utsunomiya blend together to create this totally wild and totally Katamari-style intro movie for Beautiful Katamari.

Beautiful Katamari is set to release this Fall for the Xbox 360 with more new features than you can roll onto a single Katamari. Joining the party are a bunch of new cousins with their own unique animations and personalities, as well all-new levels to explore and new items to roll up. For the first time ever, the series also heads online, where up to four players around the globe can compete against each other in frantic multiplayer matches. Offline, players can still compete with each other or put aside grudges and work together, rolling one gigantic Katamari in Co-Op mode.

Marking the first time the series has appeared on a next-generation console, Beautiful Katamari is rolling onto the scene with gorgeous and vibrant 720p visuals, downloadable content, and an all-new soundtrack filled with quirky, toe-tapping tunes guaranteed to roll their way into your heart.

Beautiful Katamari will release this Fall for the Xbox 360.
