News site MaxConsole.net today confirmed that internet release groups had leaked PAL Xbox 360 and PlayStation 2 versions of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 title, set to be released this Friday, to the internet.
With the official release so close at hand, this could serve as a significant blow to Konami, the games' developers. Naturally, those reporting this story strongly advise potential PES 2008 customers to buy legitimate copies of the game, and honouring the longstanding history behind the PES franchise.
To be frank, I think it's a shame that people would leak a game like PES 2008 online. I'm in complete agreement with all others that have published articles about this leak in saying that buying a legitimate copy is the best way to go about obtaining this title. Show Konami the respect they deserve on this one.
