Originally launching in November, LittleBigPlanet 2 is now launching January 18, 2011.
So, if you were excited about getting LittleBigPlanet 2, look the other way for a couple of months because you're going to have to wait until 2011. It's bad enough that the date would be pushed back, but now it's not even arriving for the holiday season of 2010. Media Molecule, developers of LittleBigPlanet 2, did say this:
"On the upside, we are going to find a way to give more of you a taste of LBP2 prior to launch, so stay tuned."
That could mean anything from a trailer, to a demo. We will just have to wait and see what they bring us next.
So if you want LittleBigPlanet, make sure to remember that the new release date is January 18, 2011.
